All of our trainers are ABCD certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

We offer 1-hour and half hour one-on-one training sessions with experienced, professional personal trainers.  Our signature “TEAM Training” is also available.  If your school team is looking to get to the next level this year, let one of our Sports Specific Trainers help you and your team achieve that goal  In addition, we are currently offering a special for our small group training.  There's no better motivation than watching your friend next to you going that extra mile pushing you to do the same.

Private Pilates Mat training is also available for hour and half hour sessions.*

Gina Vita has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. Her certifications include, American College of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer, AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Mad Dog certified Spinning® Instructor, & ZUMBA® Instructor. Gina also presents fitness seminars and lectures on the importance of exercise and how to establish programs in the workplace. Her focus is helping to educate her clients on the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Seeing her clients reach their goals keeps Gina passionate about her profession. “I am always amazed to find that once individuals accomplish a difficult task, they realize that what may once have seemed impossible, is achievable. This positive energy carries over into everything they do and has a huge impact on the quality of their life”.

Jen has been helping people reach their fitness goals for over 12 years with certifications through A.C.S.M. and ACE. A four year collegiate athlete she graduated from FSU while studying business and exercise science. Although Jen's specialty is sport specific programs for high school and collegiate athletes, her clients include people of all ages and abilities. Jen's many focuses include triathlon training, muscle strength & conditioning, plyometrics, Spartan/Ruckus training, and much more. Being "young at heart," Jen is great to work with and taking on new clients

What started out as a hobby turned into a way of life. A former D-1 athlete, Wali came to SSAC in 2012. Since then he has become well known for his work with athletes and weight loss programs. Voted best weight loss program by South Shore Reader's choice 4 years and counting. A former State Champion and All-American, Wali has helped local athletes compete at the highest level. Some have gone on to become state champions and All-Americans themselves, including 2 professional Athletes .Having recently become certified as a yoga instructor, Wali has been spending time on the mat, connecting mind, body and spirit.

June Hershman has been an ACE  certified personal fitness trainer for 32 years, certified as well in nutrition and CPR. Her clientele is very diverse ranging from high school athletes, to  middle-aged men and women, people with special needs and the elderly    One of her Specialties is TRX suspension training developed by the Navy Seals. This is a great workout that works your entire core using your own body resistance . This is beneficial for people of all ages and fitness levels. She is very passionate about helping people achieve their goals and still loves her work after 32. years.
