Trainers

 

All of our trainers are ABCD certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

We offer 1-hour and half hour one-on-one training sessions with experienced, professional personal trainers.  Our signature “TEAM Training” is also available.  If your school team is looking to get to the next level this year, let one of our Sports Specific Trainers help you and your team achieve that goal  In addition, we are currently offering a special for our small group training.  There's no better motivation than watching your friend next to you going that extra mile pushing you to do the same.

Private Pilates Mat training is also available for hour and half hour sessions.*

Gina Vita has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 35 years. Her certifications include, American College of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer, AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Mad Dog certified Spinning® Instructor, & ZUMBA® Instructor. Gina also presents fitness seminars and lectures on the importance of exercise and how to establish programs in the workplace. Her focus is helping to educate her clients on the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Seeing her clients reach their goals keeps Gina passionate about her profession. “I am always amazed to find that once individuals accomplish a difficult task, they realize that what may once have seemed impossible, is achievable. This positive energy carries over into everything they do and has a huge impact on the quality of their life”.

With over a decade of experience as a soccer athlete, Edgard is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and the Head Coach at South Shore Select. Edgard’s expertise lies in athletic training, specializing in strength and conditioning, as well as muscle/sport specific training; including bodybuilding.

Edgard is passionate about helping athletes reach peak performance and guiding individuals toward their fitness goals through customized training programs.

Edgard’s approach focuses on specific strength, endurance, and performance enchancing workouts designed to optimize overall athletic ability.

Jen has been helping people reach their fitness goals for over 27 years with certifications through A.C.S.M. and ACE. A four year collegiate athlete she graduated from FSU while studying business and exercise science. Although Jen's specialty is sport specific programs for high school and collegiate athletes, her clients include people of all ages and abilities. Jen's many focuses include triathlon training, muscle strength & conditioning, plyometrics, Spartan/Ruckus training, and much more. Being "young at heart," Jen is great to work with and taking on new clients



Alyson Hensel

Alyson Hensel is a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition coach committed to helping clients achieve sustainable, long-term results through a balanced and realistic approach to fitness and nutrition. She holds certifications in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition through the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF).

As an OCB award-winning figure competitor, Alyson brings firsthand experience in discipline, consistency, and body transformation. She understands that lasting change isn’t about extremes—it’s about building habits that are effective, sustainable, and fit seamlessly into everyday life.

With a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Alyson offers a unique coaching style rooted in strong communication, patience, and individualized support. She works with clients of all fitness levels, creating personalized programs that emphasize proper form, strength development, and confidence both in and out of the gym.

In addition to training, Alyson specializes in nutrition coaching, helping clients develop structured yet flexible eating habits that support fat loss, muscle growth, and increased energy.

Her mission is to empower every client to feel strong, confident, and fully in control of their health and fitness journey.




Josephine Lee

As an ISSA-certified personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Josephine specializes in weight loss and strength training, focusing on muscle retention as we age. She believes that fitness is for everyone, no matter where you’re starting from or where you’re headed.

In addition to personal training, Josephine has spent over a decade leading high-energy group fitness and spin classes, helping clients build confidence, stamina, and strength in a supportive, motivating environment.

Josephine’s coaching style blends kindness with tough love—she is here to encourage you, challenge you, and help you unlock your full potential.
